How To Taste Beer

Over the last couple weeks we've learned about different styles of beer. We learned that Lager's ferment at cold temperatures and are aged; Ales are fermented at warmer temperatures and produce fuller flavors. We also learned the origin of the India Pale Ale.

This week, we're going to learn how to properly enjoy these beers. As it turns out, wine drinkers aren't the only ones who have fancy ways of tasting drinks. I found a couple awesome videos (including one of the head honcho over at Samuel Adams) explaining the finer points of beer tasting.
