I had a little issue with the delivery, but I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful and somehow it was received as intended anyway!! Hooray! The recipient contacted me right away to say nothing but great things about the products and the packaging - they loved it!! Great gift!!

I sent LALO Tequila Blanco online to a friend in Ny just before the holidays on a weekend. It was inportant for it to arrive on 12/29/25 and I missed that date. That Monday James in customer service corrected my order and picked up the frieght for it to be on time. Excellent customer service, thank you!
