Refund Policy

If any item/ basket arrives damaged, The BroBasket we will be able to offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of the damage.In any case where a basket arrives damaged, The BroBasket will require a photo in order to facilitate a replacement or refund. 

What if my package is undeliverable and is returned to your facility?

 If your package is undeliverable due to no fault of The Brobasket-, ie:  incorrect address provided,  3 failed delivery attempts, recipient moved, etc- The BroBasket will be able reship the product or provide a  refund. In the case of a refund, the refund will be issued once the basket returns. The refund provided will be for the total cost of goods, minus shipping charges associated with our shipping carrier shipping the basket back to the facility.In the case of a reship,  The BroBasket will collect the new shipping cost to ship the product back out to your recipient, as well as any shipping charges associated with our carrier shipping this basket back  to the facility.* A re-ship is the only option for engraved products, as engraved items are non-refundable.

What if I cancel my order after it is already in transit?

If a request to cancel the order is placed while the basket is already in transit, The BroBasket will provide a refund for the total cost of goods, minus any costs associated with shipping this basket back to the  facility.

Do I get a refund if my package is late?

Although we have spent countless hours crafting a custom date picking solution that ensures that your BroBasket will get to your recipient on your requested date, there can be delays on rare occasions due to circumstances outside of Brobasket’s control.
