Not Dependable - Bad Customer Service - Did Not Deliver on time

This was my first experience with BroBasket and I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered the basket on 12/11/21. It was to be delivered 12/18/21. It wasn't though my family waited at home all day to sign for it. On 12/19/21 I was only able to reach an answering service that told me they couldn't tell me what was going on because no tracking number had been sent to me. I received an email late on 12/19 saying "It looks like this package is actually set to ship early next week" - no specific day - does that mean Dec 27th?? They blamed it on shipping/freight carriers and provided canned text around how customer service is so important to them and offered me a 20% discount on my next order. When I tried to call today during "business hours" again i received an answering service - useless. Terrible customer "service", no accountability that they in fact were the ones to mess up the order and not the shippers. You can be sure I will never order from here again.
