misleading

You should not give customers a choice of arrival date nor fee for faster shipping if it will take weeks anyway for recipient to receive the package. Will never buy from here again.

Once she FINALLY got it. The delivery was a nightmare. The Christmas gift which was scheduled to arrive December 15 didn’t arrive until the end of December. It also appeared the delivery people were lying.

Good gift option

My colleague liked the gift very much! In my previous survey response, I shared some feedback that it would be helpful if you offered options on the 'title' of the box gift. Like leveraging the "B" brand image to be more inclusive to "Boss Bitch" or "Bad-Ass Babe" :) My colleague happens to be a woman, but this gift box was exactly what I was wanting to send...so I simply had to give her a heads-up that a surprise was in the mail & don't let the name throw you lol
