What if my recipient isn't home when it's delivered?

Carriers will leave the package at the door unless an adult signature is required (alcohol-containing baskets always require this). For ID-required deliveries, the recipient gets up to 3 delivery attempts, then can pick up at the local carrier facility.

Can I add my own engraving or custom touches?

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Why we built The BroBasket

Most gift baskets are forgettable. A wicker basket. A red ribbon. Some no-name crackers and a tiny jar of jam. We've all sent one. We've all received one. Nobody talks about it the next day.

We built BroBasket to fix that — for the dads, brothers, husbands, and friends who deserve a gift that actually lands. Real spirits. Real snacks. Real packaging that doesn't end up in the recycling on the way to the kitchen.

Once she FINALLY got it. The delivery was a nightmare. The Christmas gift which was scheduled to arrive December 15 didn’t arrive until the end of December. It also appeared the delivery people were lying.
