So we packed three different types of tequila, plus two Coronitas bottles, into one awesome set. Horrible customer service

The recipient never received the item because the delivery company did not deliver the item. Called customer service multiple times and at this point no one has returned my call nor has my refund been issued. I was told the manager was having a difficult time getting in contact with the shipping company. Yet they still need to “investigate.” At this point I would not purchase from this company.

Stoked? Try sobbing.

Gave a basket to a friend who lost her father. Her dad was a Firefighter and a deeply committed family man. He left a hole. And he was well known for his love of sitting on a sandy beach with Corona watching his family have fun on his vacations. So, dropped it at the house and her daughter texted her mom up and described the basket in great detail and the text of the card. Mom's reply "And now I'm crying at my desk." But glasses were raised to him that night, I know that for a fact.

Flowers die, I can get chocolate at the gas station. But this basket is now a memory and they last forever.
