Poor Customer Service

No I was not stoked!! I was excited when I came across this site and me and the office ladies thought this would be an awesome Christmas gift for our GM. Get it engraved and its his favorite tequila he can add to his collection. When I got the bottle the engraving was fine but there was gold over the TERE that would not come off and we didn't feel it was ok to give him. Reached to you and sent a pic and y'all replied with it looked like a shadow on the bottle (there was no shadowing) it was messy engraving. So I purchased another bottle got it and it was Sailor Jerry's Spiced Rum. I don't even know what that is. Sent another email stating was sent the wrong bottle and all I have heard is cricket's. Needless to say my frustration is to the point I want a refund for both bottles of Teremana Repasado! Now I have been nice I have not gone on social media and blasted the company at all. Look forward to hearing back from someone. Thank you.
