Great Product, horrific customer service

Placed 2 large orders, over $1000 total. One was shipped in a timely manner. The other took a month to ship, no one ever responded to my calls or emails asking for updates. Terribly disappointing for Xmas presents ordered weeks ahead of time

no was his 90th birthday was supposed to have Jamison whisky none delivered 4 days late couldn't get any information on what was going on called and was told was sent out on delivery was told someone would get back to us on 23rd never herd anything finely got a call from my dad saying he received it on the 26th was supposed to be there on 22 was ordered on 18th

“King Size Guy PMS Box”

My fiancé was turning 30 and I wanted to get him something with everything he loves. I looked at different sites but no one offered the amount and quality of scotch he loves for a reasonable price. After looking through BroBaskets scotch selections I knew I found the right place! I ended up going with the Single Malt Experience. He got three bottles of great scotch, two whiskey glasses, coasters, whiskey stones, cigars, a lighter, cigar cutter, amazing sweet and salty snacks and it was within my budget for a big birthday present. Everything was perfect and looked amazing when he opened it up. I would but from BroBasket again in a heart beat. They are very honest and give you great quality gifts. They were even kind enough to refund me my shipping costs when the package was delayed. I wish I could give more than five stars!
