Poor company management

My package got delivered 5 days AFTER my selected arrival date and I had to keep requesting a redeliver AND PAY SHIPPING EACH TIME IT WAS RESCHEDULED. I spent about $60 on one of the 19$ boxes. When I contacted the company for any source of help, I spoke with a man who disregarded every one of my complaints. He didn’t offer anything as a solution. Very disappointed in the first place that a box containing 8 bags of candy cost $19.95 with $10 shipping.
